This was my third time travelling with Vietnam Paradise Travel, twice with my family and now once booking for myself, and every single trip has been exceptional. Each experience has been so well organised, from the hotels and tours to the transportation, making travelling through Vietnam completely stress-free. We can’t thank Kevin N and the entire Paradise Travel team enough for their incredible support and care throughout our most recent trip. From the very beginning, they helped us sort out last-minute visa issues and guided us through unexpected typhoon disruptions. Kevin was only ever a WhatsApp message away and incredibly responsive, no matter the time of day. He really helped us through thick and thin. There were mutiple levels of how expensive we wanted to go with the trip from 3-5 star hotel accomodation options reccomended so it's a really flexible way of booking in your trip. So despite a few challenges, we still had the best time and an unforgettable experience, all thanks to their dedication and attention to detail.
