Sapa – Coc Ly market in 4 days

08:30 PM: pick up at the lobby of the hotel in Hanoi; transfer to Hanoi Railways station for night train to Sapa. Overnight on train.

Upon arrival in Lao Cai (at: 06:00), transferred to Sapa by car. Have breakfast , and then we will have a short trek to Catcat village, the village of H’mong tribe in the valley, which remains very generally un-corrupted outside forces. Excellent views of the valley, the magnificent limestone and paddy fields of H’mong village. Enjoy some visits to local families and reach their customs. After the village down into the valley, the Cat Cat waterfall will be visible. A “White curtain” cascade appears, surrounded by flowery valley and deep-green pines. The rocks near the river and waterfall provide a marvelous place for picturesque photos and sunbathing during good weather… Overnight at hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, we check out and travel by car to Coc Ly market. The market locates by the Chay River, which flows from China. Every Tuesday morning, minorities from surrounding villages such as Flower Hmong, Black Zao, and Tay, gather to sell and buy their products. After visiting the market, we travel by boat downstream. Along the ride, we can enjoy magnificent sight of the beautiful caves and life on the riverbank. We have lunch later at a village. The trip will also offer us a visit to Trung Do village of Tay minority, where we can stop in a traditional Tay house for a cup of tea. We will go further downstream until we arrive at Bao Nhai Bridge. Here we get in the car for the journey back to Lao Cai. Overnight on train.

Train arrive back to Hanoi next morning, pick up and transfer to your hotel.
