When you're living in a foreign country and traveling to several other foreign countries that you've never stepped foot in before, it can be a little overwhelming! Cue Paradise Travel to come in and save the day and your worries!! From before start to finish, Alex and Paradise Travel have been TOP NOTCH!! Their attention to detail, impeccable customer service and fast responses put me at ease and gave me peace of mind! I began by giving them an idea of a vacation I thought would be pretty good and then they took it and made it OUT OF THIS WORLD!! Booking travel is one thing, but I have to admit, once we got on the plane, I thought "I really hope this will be like the pictures and won't be a let down"...but from the moment we were picked up at the airport, every hotel, cruise, guide, driver and adventure were AWESOME and even BETTER than the pictures!! Our itinerary included Vietnam (Halong Bay, Hanoi and Sapa) and Thailand (Bangkok and Pattaya) and each place was AMAZING!! You know you hit a home run when even your picky teenagers arrive at the next hotel or adventure and keep saying "WOW"!! Plus, Alex was available at all times during our travels in case there were any questions (talk about personal service!)! If you're thinking about traveling, don't hesitate to book with Paradise!!
