Payment Methods

Paradise Travel generally accepts the following methods of payment. Please contact our sales staff if you prefer to make payment(s) in other way(s). Paradise Travel will notify you upon receipt of your payment.

Deposit:

– A CASE-BY-CASE and REFUNDABLE deposit of ~ 30% of the total cost of the Tour and related services is required upon booking confirmation.

– Full payment is required upon confirmation for last minute bookings and/ or particular single travel service(s) as car rental, visa, cruise, hotel… bookings.

Balance Payment: 

Balance payment for the Tour shall be made upon our Sales requirement case-by-case (but no later than 15 days upon arrival) in order to secure services as air tickets, hotel rooms…

1. Online payment:

• • • • Our sales will send you a link for secured online payment
      • The system accepts Visa, Master, Amex… cards. There is a 3.5% transaction fee for all credit cards (e.g. payment x 1.035 = total amount credited to your card)
      • Card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuers. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment, our online payment system will not be able to process your booking.

What are OUR, SHA, BEN payment instructions?

When you make an international wire transfer you can choose who pays the transfer charges.

OUR, SHA, BEN are codes in a SWIFT instruction

The OUR instruction means you pay all transfer charges >> We receive all your payment.

SHA (shared) means you only pay your bank’s outgoing transfer charge. We receive your payment minus the correspondent (intermediary) bank charges.

BEN (beneficiary) means you do not pay any charge. We receive your payment minus all transfer charges.

We require all international transfers to us to be made with the OUR instruction.

We only accept payment via our Paypal account in some special cases with amount under 300 USD

5. Cash

We accept cash in Vietnamese Dong and these foreign currencies: US$, AU$, EURO and Britain Sterling Pound. For foreign currencies, please help prepare new, clean & big notes (100USD, 50USD)
